lyrics
Grab your lesson books 'cause I'm still here
And watch your language 'cause I'll make this clear
You won't just take my word and throw it away
Read my story book 'cause you can't hear
And head my message, boy I'll make this clear
You'll either take my word or eat what you say
Guess it's too late son
To take it all back now
Now that the game's done
Take you applause and bow
Throw it away run
From where you took your vows
Come back again, stud
And if I stay here another day I can't help it
I won't fight it
Can't describe it
I know you see I won't be the same from this moment
I won't show it
Damn hypocrite
I need this fog to just lift away
Give your story book to me my dear
I'll read that motive that you said so clear
I won't just take your word, I'll throw it away
Guess it's too late son
To take it all back now
Now that the game's done
Take you applause and bow
Throw it away run
From where you took your vows
Come back again, stud
And if I stay here another day I can't help it
I won't fight it
Can't describe it
I know you see I won't be the same from this moment
I won't show it
Damn hypocrite
I need this fog to just lift away
Wasted, falling through the cracks and
Trying not to laugh but no one knows what happens in just a day
It's a fall out but it's alright
I'm not going to fight
And if I stay here another day I can't help it
I won't fight it
Can't describe it
I know you see I won't be the same from this moment
I won't show it
Damn hypocrite
I need this fog to just lift away

Another stellar effort from the Melbourne producer and singer-songwriter, built around fragmented grooves, warped vocals, and catchy hooks. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 29, 2020
Art-pop that turns a critical eye on the world, as accessible as it is complex; sales benefit the Southern Poverty Law Center. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 24, 2018
Really awesome melodic death metal album, really clear but still gritty production, unique vocals reminiscent of At The Gates and Anders Friden in the 90s and a lot of amazing riffs. they even throw in some more dissonant songs to keep things engaging. One of my favorite modern bands and possibly my favorite album of theirs! Charlie
